at the end of return of the jedi, when luke sees the images of yoda, obi-wan, and anakin. they replaced sebastian shaw with hayden christensen.

watching the originals is so much more satisfying ... part of the fun of it is noticing that when Luke and 'Ben' Canobe are in the sand cruiser (?) that there is a pink streak under it!
