Game and Watch's isn't that great.  Depends on the stage, and even then, he moves pretty damn slow.

I'm gonna have to go with the Landmasters.  Just jump and use your jets to ring out people on top of your ship.  So frustratingly annoying.

Jigglypuff's is good on smaller stages.

 Jigglypuff is not a bad character, actually. Her strengths are hell-of noticeable in this game.
