Welllll...
I'm certainly not saying it's right or anything, but Samus in any form, including de-suited as she has been in certain cinematics in the past, is pretty tame as far as sexualized females in games go. I agree that she is one of the few female role models in video games at this point, but I don't think that this costume is threatening that, really. Especially if the character is good and then it proves that she can still kick your ass.

You can turn off the items in melee as well as stages when you unlock additional rules.
EDIT: In Icicle Mountain I try to stay alive more then concern myself with killing other people over half the time. I want to fight, not go through an obstacle course.

I know. What I was trying to say was that if you take away the items and the crazy stages you take away a lot of the things that make Smash Brothers... Smash Brothers.

But it should be kept to more of a minimum. The only stages that didn't have crap going on were Final Destination, Battlefield, Fountain of Dreams, Hyrule Temple, and that's it. Correct me if I'm wrong please.

I think they should have a final fantasy appearance, but only from the first 1-4 games or something. Since FF used to be on the old NES.They should have some kind of trophy or something not a character that would be INSANE and cause so much confusion with people that didn't know oldschool FF.
