Actually, since it was Moira who was the doctor, it's very possible that the person he transferred into was Proteus, which means he could actually just use Proteus's immense power to make himself Xavier again.
Which is kinda cheap.

PS- Cyclops has been one of my fave x-men and I hate that's what he got. But yeah, habeas corpus on him. Then... if Jean's a psychic along with being telekinetic, right? Why attack Wolverine physically? It's no secret you can psychically wound him.
*groan* oh well. I still went to see it.
