I fell asleep last night listening to Arsis - "A Diamond For Disease" and woke up listening to one of Sage Francis' old demo compilations - "Still Sick Of Waiting Tables," I believe.

That can't have been healthy for my subconscious going from one ot the other.

the album "Things Change While Helium Listen To Everyone" by Your Ten Mofo. i know, it's an absolutely awful band name but it's a great album-a 7 part instrumental piece which basically all flows together in what is mostly fairly ambient excellence.

Earth - Prophecy or Destiny

The city lies sleeping;
  The morn, to deplore it,
May dawn on it weeping:
  Sullenly, slowly,
The black plague flew o?er it,?
  Thousands lie lowly;
Tens of thousands shall perish?
  The living shall fly from
The sick they should cherish:
  But nothing can vanquish!

tis' a great song! I am just getting acquainted with Leaving Your Body Map(the reissue) and it is just a notch down in terms of quality.
But it does give an intriguing and different aspect to Toby Driver's work. One of the bonus songs, Secret Song, is really good.

I found this Polish webshop that has the reissues of Leaving Your Body Map and Bath and at a reasonable price. They don't have My Fruit Psychobells though. But in all honesty I am not sure if that is something you want unless you go completist. Have you heard In the L...L... Library Loft?

Deftones - "Anniversary Of An Uninteresting Event."  Such a criminally underrated song.  I don't understand why the self-titled album got panned so hard by everyone, some of the songs were great.  This is one of the most gorgeous things Chino has done vocally, on par with if not better than the Team Sleep material.

I cant really choose my favorite Deftones album. Although they're all different, I like White Poney, Adrenaline and the self-titled all the same. Still, that is a great album.
Have you heard the new one? I enjoyed the single but I cant seem to find it anywhere.

And I'm still waiting for a new Team Sleep album.

Are you talking about Saturday Night Wrist?  I went out and bought that the day it came out, and it's fantastic.  It's not quite as good as White Pony, but it's real close.  PM me your e-mail, or your AIM screen name if you have one, I can rip it and send it to you if you'd like.

This morning's drive-to-work music was Pedro The Lion's masterful "Control" album.  In case you ever start to feel like you might just not be cynical enough about the ultimate demise of love and relationships, listen to this one; it'll set you straight.

I picked up the Teddybears album that Jeph recommended.  Damn, that's a good album.  Kudos to Jeph.  Ordered the Modeselektor album, it comes into Music Millenium next week, we'll see.

I'm assuming many of you have heard the song "Galvanize" by the Chemical Brothers featuring Q-Tip from Tribe Called Quest.  Well, think about that song as a whole album.  Those tracks are sweet like rhubarb pie in the summer.

I love Matador records.

Went on their website recently. They have a SHIT-TON of free MP3s on there by their major artists. It's great. I've got some move Pavement stuff which is fantastic, and some Malkmus solo stuff which I'm yet to listen to. I also got some songs by the New Pornographers because people always talk them up on here, but I've not listened to it yet.
