Then definitely avoid money trees.  Or camping chairs, or any of the other gimmics people will use to attract traffic.  Basically, they give away small amounts of money (yes, money trees are trees with money hidden in the branches) to attract crowds to their venues.

I avoid laggy areas too.  Clubs are the worst.  How is it any fun to have a conversation with someone where the game is running at half a frame per second and stuff you type doesn't show up onscreen for like a full minute?
