Most amusing scenario: Greenday counter sues the guy with the demand that he be degraded on their next album cover.

Apparently they witheld royalties on a bunch of bands and used the money to put out more records than they could realistically financially support. So yeah, basically.

That reminds me of an April Fool's article I saw one time that talked about Metallica suing some Canadian band for using an E to F chord change.
