First off: tommy, there's no point you being here, so leave now.

Okay, everyone. I'm currently forming a fake myspace band called Darkness Shines on my Broken Heart but the problem is, nobody I know can pull off a convincing metal/emo look, which is where you guys come in!
What I need is people to post pictures of themselves looking metal/emo that I can use on the band's myspace.
On a side note: if anyone wants to join the band and write awful songs (or maybe even record yourself playing some of the songs) that'd be great. And please add us to your myspace friends so we can have loads of friends and look cool!

Actually, today I realised there are no metal or de-pop kids at my college, only the peculiar hybrid breed.
I don't know what it means, but here are the two most common quotes from them.

"Man, bullet are like, the best metal band going right now."

"Man, I really love Bullet. They're totally emo, but I love them."

I am fully aware of the differences between metal and emo.
I am not comparing metal and emo, the band is an emo/metal crossover.

Scytale never came from Ix, in fact there were no Ixians in "The Conspiricy" as far as I can remember Ix doesn't play a major role in Dune until "God Emperor" (book 4). He was one of the Bene Tleilax, not an Ixian, so I've always assumed he came from the Tleilaxu planet Bandalong. Either that or he was grown in an tank on a highliner somewhere.

Oh and Scytale wasn't the ambassador, Edric was, Scytale was just he's advisor (or as I like to think of it the mastermind behind the whole conspiricy)

... And only the Master's are grey and Elfin, Scytale was a Face Dance (he could assume various guises) at least in Dune Messiah anyway, its one of the things that really bug me about the last two books, how the hell does a Face Dancer end up beccoming a master anyway...

I haven't read Dune in a long time but, wasn't Scytale one of the more advanced Face Dancers who could not only mimic but make a perfect copy of someone? If so, he could have easily gotten enough knowledge through time to get Master status, or even just copied a Master.

It's been far too long since I've read all 6 books... twice...

But I do recall Scytale being a new breed of Face Dancer. Could be wrong. It's happened before.

I think being a total Dune nerd is what really hooked me on QC. Everything else is amazing, but the occasional Dune references rock my world.

It's a yamaha 402S. It's got a nifty green colour, a load of gold on everything that can possibly be gold and a mother-of-pearl pick guard. I chose it on looks alone.
