Well, as most of you probably know, the new Sparta album is called "Threes," which is an appropriate name since it's their third studio album. However, it's a bit more relevant than that. Jim and Tony from Sparta used to be At the Drive-In, who split up after releasing three studio albums. Also, the other members of At the Drive-In, Cedric and Omar (and now Paul, who switched from Sparta to TMV) are in The Mars Volta, who just recently released their third album. I'm hypothesizing that Jim named the album "Threes" because all three bands have release three albums. I'm smart and insightful. I don't know if he's viewing this as some sort of weird closure, though.
