Are there any >good< covers of Kansas, Simon and Garfunkle, and Jethro Tull?

FireStarter:
Metallica's cover of Turn the Page by Steve Miller Band is infinately worse than the original.

You're a peach, yourself.

btw "equivalent"

FireStarter:
The spell checker here is dysfunctional apperently on my computer. But, at least I have a good enough vocabulary to know what that word means and how to use it properly :-P

Johnny C:

--- End quote ---

Please qualify this statement. I disagree, as the Guess Who version actually comes from a place where it makes sense (American culture as seductive woman vs. Canadian culture's consistent on/off relationship with the societal stimulus coming from the south). Plus, Kravitz butchered the original guitar riff.

FireStarter:
Fuck qualify it, that statement would stand in a court of law as a "Justifiable Homicide reason". Lenny Kravitz is the worst thing to happen to 70's music since Puff Daddy.
