It seems kind of cheating to count the Menagerie and the Cage, as almost all the footage in The Cage gets re-used in The Menagerie.

That's because The Cage was the original pilot, presented to the network but never aired. The Menagerie came later and provided a nifty way to use that original footage. You probably knew that already, though.
