Hospital Records specialise in kinda jazzy drum and bass. Maybe not what you're looking for, but it fits the "lots of bass" checkbox, and is kinda upbeat and cheery -- i.e. it wouldn't piss off your mall-boss overlord like an Aphex Twin record or whatever. They have a buch of mixers/compilations/samplers (the "Plastic Surgery" series is pretty good). There are often vocals, but they're usually pretty sparse / rare. Omni Trio (a producer, not a label), would also fit pretty well into this category, but may be too jazzy for your needs..
Daft Punk would also be pretty bangin', and there's a decent chance you might have one of their albums already.
Despite having written off Aphex Twin in the last paragraph, I also second E. Spaceman's reccomendation of the Analord series. Trouble is they're all on vinyl, but I think Aphex Twin put out a best-of CD ("Chosen Lords", I think it was called). Cool retro-sounding acid / minimal stuff, although some of it is probably a bit abstract for the mall. In that vein: DMX Krew (nb: not DMX!!!) and Luke Vibert's YospeH album are also good choices.
My Austrian housemate listens to nothing but minimal techno, she'd have some better recommendations than me here.
