1) Mr And Mrs Smith; the interviews qua When Harry met Sally were fine till the last one-- which ruined the movie
2) the decameron; so heavy handed that it hurt.
3) Ghostbusters 2; not even a shadow of the first
4) 3 days of the Condor; a man paid to read for a living extrapolates correctly and is offered a lift, slow and sexy like a good suspense should-- start turning fast and hard when the foreplay was over
5) Ghostbusters; becasue it wasn't just about ghosts, but about what it is to be a small business in america-- labor and wage issues, EPA compliance, business loan and startup capital problems, niche and dreams of franchise rights.  Perhaps one of the more interesting movies to deconstruct.

Lines:
1. Birth (worst movie i have ever seen. EVER.)
2. Batman and Robin (worst of the batman movies.)
3. Equilibrium (good movie, but would have done better with a larger budget)
4. Amelie (it's freaking Amelie.)
5. Pan's Labyrinth (this movie is love.)

I thought Pan's Labyrinth was quite amazing, but I would really not consider it one of those life changing movies. Dunno.
