Here's a few:

"And Lo, When the Imperium Marches Against Gul-Kothoth, Then Dark Sorceries Shall Enshroud the Citadel of the Obsidian Crown"
"The Dark Liege of Chaos is Unleashed at the Ensorcelled Shrine of A'Zura Kai (The Splendour of a Thousand Swords Gleaming Beneath the Blazon of the Hyperborean Empire Part II)"

How about this one:

"To Be a High- Powered Executive You Need to Be Good at Math"
they are a local post- rockish band that is quite good. All of their song titles are at least that long as well.

Yeah, his music might be awful but that Sufjan guy sure can craft some sexy song titles. I like that one about Night Zombies the best.

To contribute, my favourite song titles:

Navicon Torture Tech - I Feel Ready To Perpetuate Wanton, Heinous Acts of Rape and Murder Upon Happy Lovers and the Population At Large
Most Serene Republic - The Protagonist Suddenly Realizes What He Must Do In The Middle Of Downtown Traffic

Silver Mt. Zion cornered the market on massive poncy titles though. For a start, the damn album's called "He Has Left Us Alone, But Shafts of Light Sometimes Grace the Corner of Our Rooms."

DJ Speedranch ^ Jansky Noise - Love, Exciting And New Come Aboard, We're Expecting You. Love, Life's Sweetest Reward. Let It Flow, It Floats Back To You. The Love Boat Will Soon Be Making Another Run, The Love Boat Promises Something For Everyone, Set A Course For Adventure, Your Mind On A New Romance. Love Won't Hurt Anymore, It's An Open Smile On A Friendly Shore. Yes Love! It's Love! The Love Boat Soon Will Be Making Another Run. The Love Boat Promises Something For Everyone, Set A Course For Adventure, Your Mind On A New Romance. Love Won't Hurt Anymore, It's An Open Smile On A Friendly Shore. It's Love! It's Love! It's Love! It's The Love Boat-ah! It's The Love Boat-ah! (Recorded Onboard The Love Boat With The Kitchen Staff)"

That is a genuine song title, and the clear cut winner!  It's also off a very good noise album, which you should all get.

Destroyer, or About How To Philosophize With The Hammer (Gorgoroth)

Probably not the longest album title but a damn cool one and bonus points for the Neitzsche reference.

The Meads Of Asphodel - On Graven Images I glide beyond the Monstrous Gates of pandemonium to face the Baptized warriors of Yahweh in the skull littered Plain of Esdraelon

The DJ Speedranch one is longer, but I like this song too.

They're not overly long titles, but Curl Up And Die has some good ones:

"Nuclear Waste? Bring That Shit! (We Want A State Full Of Radiated Superheroes)"
 -and-
"Doctor Doom, A Man Of Science, Doesn't Believe In Jesus, Why The Fuck Do You"
-and-
"I'm Trying to Fly to the Moon Using Two Magnets and Willpower"
-and-
"I Don't Give a Shit If I'm in Outer Darkness, I'll Make Friends"

also, while the band's music bores me, Drowningman has one of my favorite song titles of all time:
"If God Loves A Winner, He's Gonna Want To Fuck Me In A Minute (Born To Break Even"

EDIT-
The tracklisting from Red Sparowes' "At The Soundless Dawn"
Quote
1. Alone and Unaware, the Landscape was transformed in Front of Our Eyes
2. Buildings Began to Stretch Wide Across the Sky, and the Air Filled with a Reddish Glow
3. The Soundless Dawn Came Alive as Cities Began to Mark the Horizon
4. Mechanical Sounds Cascaded Though the City Walls and Everyone Reveled in Their Ignorance
5. A Brief Moment of Clarity Broke Through the Deafening Hum, but it was too Late
6. Our Happiest Days Slowly Began to Turn into Dust
7. The Sixth Extinction Crept Up Slowly, Like Sunlight Through the Shutters, as We Looked Back in Regret

I always liked Drowningman's song titles-

"Last Weeks Minutes From The Meeting Of The Secret Society Of Your Friends Who Actually Hate You "

and my favourite-

"If God Loves a Winner, He's Going to Want to Fuck Me in a Minute (Born to Break Even)"

Also, the band name "I Love You, But I've Chosen Darkness" is downright hi-larious.

Also Red Sparowes - Every Red Heart Shines Toward the Red Sun
Quote
1 "The Great Leap Forward Poured Down Upon Us One Day Like a Mighty Storm, Suddenly and Furiously Blinding Our Senses."
2 "We Stood Transfixed in Blank Devotion as Our Leader Spoke to Us, Looking Down On Our Mute Faces With a Great, Raging, and Unseeing Eye."
3 "Like the Howling Glory of the Darkest Winds, This Voice Was Thunderous and the Words Holy, Tangling Their Way Around Our Hearts and Clutching Our Innocent Awe."
4 "A Message of Avarice Rained Down Upon Us and Carried Us Away Into False Dreams of Endless Riches."
5 "'Annihilate the Sparrow, That Stealer of Seed, and Our Harvests Will Abound; We Will Watch Our Wealth Flood In.'"
6 "And by Our Own Hand Did Every Last Bird Lie Silent in Their Puddles, the Air Barren of Song as the Clouds Drifted Away. For Killing Their Greatest Enemy, the Locusts Noisily Thanked Us and Turned Their Jaws Toward Our Crops, Swallowing Our Greed Whole."
7 "Millions Starved and Became Skinnier and Skinnier, While Our Leaders Became Fatter and Fatter."
8 "Finally, as That Blazing Sun Shone Down Upon Us, Did We Know That True Enemy Was the Voice of Blind Idolatry; and Only Then Did We Begin to Think for Ourselves."

Sweet merciful crap! Their titles got even longer on the new album? I love how that band doesn't write any lyrics for their songs, but they write a damn novel through their song titles.

Atom Heart Mother: Father's Shout / Breast Milky / Mother Fore / Funky Dung/Mind Your Throats Please/Remergence - Pink Floyd

While it isn't really that long, since it is really just a whole bunch of subtitles, it is still a really awesome song.

Alan's Psychedelic Breakfast: Rise and Shine / Sunny Side Up / Morning Glory - Pink Floyd

This song is on the same album as the one above, lol.

My band's name is Isgahaatt.

Technically it is an Acroynm:
I stalked the aisles of the church, Spat mailce in mirth before its girth, Gazed upon the curate faced east, A withered, mock-mannered, Haggared beast with a fervour teased, A pseudo-god with puissant ease. As thirst beset a prudent wit, To reprieve the world of the meek and feeble led, To smear red what serom fed!
