So I just looked up this band and was sad to realized that when Phish broke up they didn't actually break up. Rather, they just had little mini-phishes spring from the mother-phish corpse, like those little bastards in alien.

they are so overated. its just college rock almost as bad as phish. they should have stayed broken up

Man, I actually own like two Dispatch records. They're buried in the bottom of my "tub of random stuff I don't know what to do with" and I haven't listened to them in forever, but I enjoyed them a bit when I was in college.

There was a short span in my life where I (regrettably) for some reason liked OAR.  I wanted more music like it, and my friend suggested dispatch.  Even when I liked shitty music I didn't like dispatch.  Now that says something.

I used to listen to Dispatch once upon a time, only because this chick I was trying get with liked them.

I didn't get anywhere with that girl. Fucking Dispatch.

While I am not a very big fan of Dispatch, some of their stuff is alright, and I have little problem with supporting a band that is reuniting to raise money for one of the most impoverished nations in the world.

Also, my sister went to their big reunion concert in New York in June and it was supposed to be a very good show.

There is only one good thing about Dispatch and that is the song The General.

(I don't have a problem with them reuniting to help people, but I don't care for their music other than that song.)

I kind of liked Bang Bang (the album) back in the day, and even now I think a lot of it is all right. My taste has developed a lot since then but from what I remember, I can't think of a lot to hate about Dispatch.
