Hair Advice!!! (NOW WITH RULESSS)

Good news: You seem to be a pretty girl, and I think you could pretty much pull off most straight hairstyles. I say cut it about chin length, straighten/thin it and dye it something dark.

I've got short/mid-length hair that's naturally wavy but I straighten it alot.
I like the messy look, but for the life of me can't get it without dragging myself through a bush backwards or something, and back combing doesn't sound too appealing.
Any suggestions on how I go about doing this?

I'm trying to decide what to do with my hair... I've recently dyed it reddish but ithe color is fading and it's starting to grow longish (ive always had it short) for the first time and i need some advice :-)
