I agree with Brittany, that length hair is not good on you. Maybe just a bit longer than it is now? I'm not really sure, because I don't know how it grows out, hopefully you don't have Clarkson hair.

I think the red looks better as well, but I don't think it goes well with that sweatshirt.

Tom, big vocabularies don't make you less of a pervert.

Oh, sweatshirt? That's totally my robe, first rule of trying to dye a large amount of your own hair, no matter what you do, you will get the dye all over your skin.

Re not washing hair:

I wash my hair every other day and have done so for several years now. But you know, sometimes you skip a few days for whatever reason, so your hair gets greasy. When I had long hair I'd just twist my hair into pseudo dreds out of boredom, but now that I have short hair, I can't do that. So instead I give myself fauxhawks. Surprisingly sometimes dirty hair stands up better on its own than it does when I use some form of product.

I have silly hair.

Yeah ok, what do you think I should do with my golden locks?

Okay nobody has given you a serious answer, so my opinion is much shorter.  I like your beard but that length of hair looks goofy.  Then again, between that shirt and the hair I'm guessing you're a headbanger, in which case you probably have no intention of cutting your hair short

Want to creep on you HARD

Also as far as not washing hair goes...

Your hair produces natural oils, when you shampoo it you wash them away, this makes your body do double time to replace them so it gets greasy quickly.  To break the cycle, start shampooing your hair less, maybe skip shampoo every third shower, and gradually cut it down.  Eventually you will notice that you dont even really NEED to use shampoo for your hair.  That is the one single thing I actually know about hair, and it has served me since I discovered it (unfortunately I have a lipbalm issue where my lips dry out without it do to a similar 'addiction')

Fuck I need to start doing this.  My hair is especially thick, so that dries out my scalp, giving me some pretty bad dandruff in the winter.  But if feels so clean!  I don't know if I can stop!  Someone needs to sneak hot sauce in the bottle every third shower I take or something.

I'm not a fan of unnatural fluorescent colors, but regarding the shampoo question; I always thought it's a good idea to wash your hair at least once a day,  especially if you're active in sports and such. I usually do the whole routine in the morning and I've yet to encouter any problems. My hair always smells good and is generally soft.

i wash my hair about twice a week and it tends to looks pretty nice and clean cos i have been doing this for quite a few years now. using just water is something i'd really like to eventually do one day, but it probably would have to happen when i stop putting shit like wax and gel in my hair. not washing your hair all the time saves lots of money on shampoo too!

Yeah, you also take less time in the shower, which saves water. I am an earthy-crunchy type, so saving water is always good!
I wash my hair maybe every other or every third shower, and my hair feels like it has so much more shine and volume, compared to when I shampooed every day.

Swordfish, I'm gonna have to say that I don't really like your haircut.

Not because it doesn't suit you; it does. Not because it doesn't look good; it does. Mainly because everyone I know with that kind of haircut is a skinhead chick (the neo-Nazi kind) and so it is just triggering all these alarm bells in my head that really shouldn't be triggered because I have no evidence to suggest you aren't rad.

Guys, it takes hours for my hair to dry after I wash it. I can't shampoo and condition it every time I have a shower or I would be having 30 minute showers every day and my hair would never be properly dry. Even when I had really short hair I would only wash it about every third day, out of habit. I have never really understood people washing their hair every day.

What I have noticed with my hair is that if I put a heap of conditioner in it and leave it in for ages it makes my hair actually goes more frizzy than if I use a smaller amount and only leave it in for a little while. I thought conditioner was supposed t make my hair less frizzy?

(I have been thinking of doing something drastic and awful with my hair lately, but I am kinda liking it this length, so maybe I will just give up on growing out my natural hair colour and dying it instead)

I have never really understood people washing their hair every day.

once you start it is extremely hard to stop on account you've now trained your hair to produce those oils in double time and it will look really lousy and greasy if you don't wash it every day. also if you are the type of person who needs to shower every day in the first place, like if you are an athlete or have a job that requires you to work outside all day, then it sort of makes sense that you'd get into the habit.

I only shower every second day(sometimes third)
I don't understand how people can shower without washing their hair! Not because I think it's gross but like. Okay, so I have so much hair it hurts, if I don't wash it mats. I have tried not washing my hair with shampoo etc for a week or so, my hair didn't get greasy and gross, but it did start turning into dreads. My hair is so thick that I can't really brush it without conditioner in it in a hot shower, I don't really brush it out of the shower because I can't.

Oh, I never noticed.*

*Sarcasm, I realize, just making a personal relation that not washing with shampoo/conditioner might not be viable for all people with certain hair types. My sister has hair quite a bit like Hannah's, she could never wash it every day, but if she stopped using the shampoo/conditioner deal well.. and she to stop doing the shampoo thing(she's hippie max) and well, when she did they started to dread, and uh. She just let them dread (she likes them but I don't think Hannah would like dreads even though she would probably look pretty good with them..waait..Hannah, stop using shampoo.)

(wow that was a long *foot)

Yeah, I wash my hair every few days and after about two nights of sleeping on it without any sort of brushing it starts to look funny and gets big knots from the hair that has fallen out getting tangled in the hair still connected to my head (I lose a lot of hair, all the time. It's really annoying). It's about that time that I either wash it (and comb it while wet and conditionery) or I comb it while it is dry and all the curls turn into fuzz and I tie it back so no one can see. If I just left it to its own devices I would probably have a big ol' mat of hair on the back of my head and would look terrible.

Andy, if I was ever to get dreadlocks (which I won't because I am too white/not hippie enough) I probably go to someone and get them done properly rather than just letting my hair go and have messy-looking shitty dreads that I am sure I would get. I would try going without shampoo/conditioner for a while, but then brushing my hair in the shower would be a struggle and hurt more and I am lazy.

Besides the prettiest lady ever to grace a cinema screen had a chelsea and she was by all means a very alright lady. At least in the film. Did you guys ever see This Is England?

FUCK YEAH

Yes, I have seen the movie.  It's part of the reason I like swordfish's hair so much.  You can wear a chelsea right and not be a racist prick.
