Lets all cry. Are you guys cool with crying?
Misereatur:
Om live in Jerusalem. 50 people crammed into a tiny room in the back of Uganda while Al and Chris go insane and keep on playing for 5 hours. Occasionally Al stops, runs out of the room, and comes back after a few seconds. One time he ran out of the room and started closing all the doors and shutting off all of the lights in the small venue/record shop, and then ran right back into the room.
At the end of the night it was six other people and I sitting on the floor while Chris and Al go from relaxed jamming to grabbing the console, turning everything up as high as possible, and then running to his amp and throwing it up to fucking 11. I went out to get some air and coffee around 2:15, and at that time, from what I heard, the whole thing got reduced to Al crying and group hugging.
Apparently it's going to be an album. I know for a fact that the show was recorded, and Al kept saying "This night. Tonight. It's an album".
öde:
In this case I am totally cool with crying.
Nothing that fun has ever happened in Bournemouth.
valley_parade:
Wow. Amazing.
Misereatur:
The show in Tel Aviv was also really amazing. Al and Chris were sober this time, and the show was a bit more coherent. Plus Al forgot about his Jerusalem Syndrome so there was a bit less crying. This doesn't mean they didn't drag out the encore to an awsome jam, that really fucked up a lot of ears.
They also played every song at least three times.
onewheelwizzard:
Thanks for imagining the best concert I could possibly conceive of for me. Oh wait, this was real life?
I love the world.
