Top 10 Albums of 2008
ALoveSupreme:
How sardonic!
I suppose I just never would have guessed it, and also never would have guessed that anyone I know/associate with would have guessed it. I mean, again, I just thought slipknot was one of those bands brought up in the horrible bands time forgot thread.
Thrillho:
When I first started listening to them, Slipknot filled a certain need in me for music that's phenomenally angry and provides catharsis. The first two records still do that, but the last two have been very strong records in their own right.
Anyway, one of those top tens was by me, and since I had The Verve in it and Oasis was my number 11, you can probably guess how aligned my tastes are with the rest of the forum.
