on the subject of Maxibons, we have those here too, but i'm pretty sure theyre made by some german company or similar.
also - Ben and Jerry's 'wiches. pure heaven! 2 giant cookies with cookies and cream ice-cream between them. they come in packs of 3 and i am not beyond eating all three in one sitting.
i am so getting some of these today.

Plain ol' chocolate is the way I go. Especially in a frappe. So good!

I like cherry ice cream, but not from the store. I like to make my own. I get about a quarter cup of mariscino cherries and the juice for them, put 'em in a Magic Bullet, and make a mariscino cherry mash. I then get vanilla ice cream, put it on a cutting board, and fold in the Mariscino cherry mash. Once all the ice cream is pink and the cheries are well spread out, it's good to eat.
Yeah, it's work, but it tastes SO much better than when it's bought that flavor. Same can be done with almost anything, though I personally would stay away from some of the more exotic flavors (anchovy ice cream would make my mouth sad :-( :-( :-( ).

If the same thing happned to Harry Gene's as it does to Ambergurs and Woot Beer, I don't think I could live through the winter.
