So, I broke the neck of my acoustic, and I don't know what to do.  I'm thinking I might as well just buy this Taylor I've been looking at.  I think replacing the neck would be as expensive, and I don't know what gluing the neck back together would do to the sound/feel.

Help, please?

They're kind of blurry, I apologize, but I went snowboarding today, and I am wiped.  My hands were shaking with rage when I was taking these pictures.

I have no idea about guitars, but I heard clean breaks are easy to repair.

You can get that sucker glued back together. It shouldn't sound or play any different if the luthier does a good job.

I live in fear of dropping my Firebird on its headstock.
