It's the signal to noise ratio in general lately. Way too much talking between photos. That's usually a good indicator that the photo thread needs a break for a little while.

The signal to noise ratio on the previous page was pretty good. The problem with this page was simply a troll who showed up, and then the mod who deleted his posts didn't delete the entire page as was suggested.

I still say a mod should delete every post on this page that doesn't have a picture in it (including this one.)

Look, the photothread is OK. There are problems though, but those aren't too bad. People monopolizing the thread and posting pictures not of them is not cool, and people monopolizing the yappy or replying too much without pictures is a problem.
Yappy is OK, just so long as we don't go off on wild tangents for too long. Also, no to being creepy, but I don't think that's been a problem for a while.

It suddenly got really swollen and painful overnight, after no problems for months and months. I took it out when the pain spread to my eye, and it closed up and healed within a week. All I have left is a bit of scar tissue:(

Its easy, its a picture thread. Max of 2 posts of yapping before another picture is on. This prevents amongst others, creepyness. You kids have a whole forum to yap on about things.

I dunno man, I think I probably made up that "2 posts of yapping without pictures" thing back when I was being a bit of a cunt for a while. (so that no-one else has to do it: "for a while?!")

I think that so long as things aren't getting creepy and so long as there seems like a decent enough ratio of pics to text things should be cool.

Oh by the way, I deleted a bunch of posts up above relating to the interloper that was here earlier. I didn't delete much of the debate about making the thread go away because it didn't deserve to be dismissed out of hand.
