Man one thing that has always bothered me is that it is by far so much more cost-effective to just buy your own innertubes and go down the Hooch yourself.

Without a doubt but finding a friend to either drop you off or pick you up without partaking is not always easy. It sucked last year,water levels are next to nothing. I think we are going to go to war with Tennessee for water rights. I wish I was joking about that....

Kim Jong... Helen has a great octoberfest and great camping/hiking nearby. I love the place despite its overt cheesiness.
