The boy and I are looking into buying a house in the next 6 months or so (gasp like grown ups!) and we have plans already.  Mostly I plan to get one of my brothers friends to do a big mural on one of the walls.  We pay in beer.

pay the beer after the mural is done for god sakes! Drunken painting is like a lot of other things drunken, sloppy and puke-stained.
