Van, if there's one mistake I see newbies make on these forums all the time, it's thinking that we are one cohesive body.
Which may be sort of silly if you notice what thread I'm posting this in, but hardly any of us fit the "indie snob" stereotype that lots of newbies think we fit.

i was referencing somebody's comment to me.
but that said, honestly i know enough about genres, except Metal, Emo and contemporary indy stuff. actually, im interested to see what bands are out there to listen to. always looking for inspiration.
