The word "once" is almost impossible to search for, so I can't remember if there was a thread about this movie or not.

BUT! Has anyone else seen it? The soundtrack is effing amazing, but the movie itself is actually quite good. I caught myself smiling through most of the movie. It is low budget and was only shot in 3 weeks, but it is a very good movie and like I said earlier, the soundtrack is fantastic and I plan on buying it and some of the other stuff those two have collaborated on.

The film is awesome, but honestly I don't know how well the soundtrack would hold up without it. I should try that sometime.

The soundtrack is pretty great by itself.   With the exception of "Broken Hearted Hoover Fixer Sucker Guy."  That one feels a bit awkward.  The rest of the songs are fine.

The movie is absolutely wonderful.

I really enjoyed it a lot. The acting was very natural. I don't usually go for that type of music, but in the context of the film it worked marvelously, and the performance in the studio was pretty amazing to me.

The soundtrack removed from the movie loses a bit of magic, but there are still a lot of songs that I listen to.

I can see that happening. This part was really funny and I kind of want to know if they put the old lady on the bus on purpose or she just happened to be there. If it's the latter, that would be amazing.
