My ones actually rather nicer than that one. It has a mother of pearl face (well, it has a plastic mother of pearl effect face) is mostly silver with just gold trim, and it has roman numerals instead of whatever the hell that one has on it.

Heh, I have a real 1973 Rolex with an actual mother of pearl face. Oh and it's silver. Unfortunately it doesn't work and I have yet to have the $500 odd that I was quoted to have it cleaned and repaired. I'll probably just shell out the $10 to have my stainless steel fob watch repaired (I think it just needs a new battery but we'll see!).
I just spent $65 on a new pair of all-black Chuck Taylor All Stars. Sure I can't afford to pay my phone bill anymore but they were just too pretty to walk past again.

I just got a check from the State of Maryland for over 700 bucks, and I don't even know why. I think I might buy myself something pretty. And no, this is neither a rebate check or an income tax return, I made like 1600 total last year.
