Today I went out and bought a new blanket that actually fits my bed (having a double bed with a single bed quilt just doesn't work well enough), some new black sheets, a black quilt cover and some black pillow cases. I also got some fluffy new pillows. The whole lot set me back about $180 which may not sound like much but it's a lot for me. I'm pretty happy with this. They're not fancy Egyptian cotton nor do they have a particularly high thread count but they are comfy and look fantastic. Hurrah.
My next order of business is to replace my chest of drawers with a big black wardrobe and rearrange my room.

Retro video games. I buy them cheap but I buy way too many of them. $7 may be cheap for a Japanese import of a Sega Saturn game, but I already have the North American version. Why the hell did I have to have them both??? And why the hell am I considering buying the European version! And I don't even play video games that much anymore.
That's pretty much my only vice. But it's still a problem.

$120 red leather high heel shoes. They are beeeautiful! I think I may end up buying a watch that I have been eyeing off because we got my brother a watch as a present and mine is half as expensive as his was. See, logic!

One of my job offers is for 58K. Since I would stay in Blacksburg, that would be approximately like 3M anywhere else. I COULD BUY THIS TOWN. Be prepared for major decadence if I take it.
