oh man those studies make me so mad every time i hear about them, but i think i have to accept that they are probably true cos i seem to hear about said studies an awful lot.
i think maybe i am only pissed because my venue for first hearing about this was through a really sexist spike tv show called "manswers" in which they described how having unprotected sex with your girlfriend would "cure her bitchiness". who wouldn't be offended?

There are some serious confounds in studies like that, though. Who's to say that it's the semen causing the anti-depressant effect? There are so many other things that could be true about situations where the girl is swallowing versus situations where she is not that the link could not possibly be attributed to actually ingesting semen alone.
