I still think shows like that only exist for the same reason my "Women: you can't beat 'em!" shirt exists: to make fun of things that aren't exactly great everyday topics. Why do you think Anal Prolapse jokes got so popular? Because they caricaturize masculinity. I think it's the same concept here, but nobody gets it.
Then again, I'm also the same guy who thinks Mahmoud Ahmedinejad and Kim Jong-Il only say half the goofy-ass shit they say just because they're IRL trolls and just want a good laugh.

I laugh at stuff like that. Not because I think less of women, but because characterizing relationships that way strikes my funny bone (midly). I'm also not offended by much anything. In fact, I find the concept of offending people with something completely and incredibly stupid that is supposed to be completely and incredibly stupid hilarious.
I am also overly cynical and anything that is derogatory to any human being, whether it's an individual or a group of some kind, makes me slightly happier knowing they got what's coming to them.
And before I come across sounding like a hypocrite, I will say the person I joke about most is myself, and the jokes that make me laugh hardest are usually at my own expense. (Unless it's a joke made in complete ignorance of fact, rather than a joke that is not true because the person knows the actual truth. You know what I mean? I think I made that overly complicated.)

I've always thought of it as something you kinda just put up with. I tend to find it's worth it.

I think it also depends on the girls diet /personal hygiene / most recent visit to the toilet. Same goes for guys, if you have a healthy diet and good personal hygiene, Oral is a very pleasent experience to give.
