Actually, if you were clever about it, Jinx is a good character to use against the last two elite four members. Especially that Lance dude and his dragons. Polygon is only good for evolving into Poly-Z, then maxing its Spec.Def.

No way man, bellsprout makes a good one to teach cut to early on. Plus if you keep using it an evolve it into a victreebell you can fuck shit up.
I'm just sayin' having an un-evolved bellsprout against the elite four is no bueno.
