I know, right!? Freaking bears.
Bibliophile:
BEEEEAARS!
I am lazy and am driven to and from work every day. Also, I do not eat a very healthy diet - I mean, there is lots of veggies but there is also lots of cookies. But I have lost some kilos in the last week and a half and the ONLY change has been Wii fit. So there! :)
Also, THIS GUY. He is a WiiFit hero! (Well, I think so.)
Symptom:
Wii fit, Mario Kart, Mario Galaxy and SSB make me want a Wii
Wii fit looks like it's a fun change from doing push-ups just for the heck of it and any exercise is good exercise!
Also, Emaline is definitely my favorite forumer but that's not exactly relevant

Wii Fit is not designed to make you lose weight per se. It is designed to make exercise a little bit more fun in a hope that you might get in better shape. Do not buy it if your prime hope is to lose weight, because it's not going to do it for you.
It's basically the same as any other exercise: a means to more efficiently exercise.

I'm going to disagree. I know a girl who bought it with the intention of playing it for 30 min a day and see how it goes... she's been doing it for about a week and a half and has lost over 4lbs. so far. It can work. It just depends on how you use it. if you don't push yourself, like anything else, you will yield no results.

I think its like kids and the gummybear vitamins, or the V8 splash juice. They eat/drink that stuff 'cause its fun and they like it, but dont tell them its good for them, oh no.
It a steaping stone, from pretending you are skiing, to renting a pair and trying your mad wii skills in real life.
Hmm, if I get this, i would use it for 15 min before my sprints to limber up.
