shirt hasnt come

I ordered a shirt in early May (appx May 9) and I have not recieved it. I sent an email and no response. The credit card has been billed... where's my shirt? I would appreciate shipping info and some kind of response....

Depending on where you are, it may take another week or two. I wouldn't get too concerned yet, they aren't the fastest bunch ("two person company", ect. ect.)

I haven't found e-mail to be the best way to go. Contact Cristi personally on AIM (username qcmerch), because that way it's in real time, and you know you'll be heard. She may pop up in this thread, asking for your information (at least a name), so you may want to add that. Or an email.

There's been a lot of similar questions. Merch seems to take 1-2 months, so, again, don't be surprised. I ordered Jan 15th, lol, so...  :wink: It could be worse.

That's from today's news feed; I'm assuming that means he'll be shipping other recent orders at the same time.

I ordered a shirt about the same time as you, but I'm not too worried yet.  They need time to print up and ship the stuff.  :-D

I ordered a tshirt in early April. I haven't received it yet.
I think it's a bit unfair that they're focusing on their newest design instead of accommodating other orders.
