shirt hasnt come
ThePQ4:
I don't think that's really what's going on.
People don't seem to understand that it seriously is just two people dealing with the ordering. Sometimes things get shuffled around. There are threads like this all of the time --I suggest taking the advice given (contacting through AIM, or sitting back and relaxing for a bit) or check out some of the other similar threads and seeing what was said there by Cristi and others as to what information she needs to look up your order via E-mail. (I think it's your name and the address you requested for shipping to, but I am not totally positive).

Thanks for the responses. I realize that it's a 'two person company' but if it's normal for deliveries that are supposed to take "two to three weeks" to take more than twice as long, I think it's appropriate to tell that to the customer directly. Or, alternatively, if that's not terribly common but happens a lot, perhaps they should make a standard email to send to those people whose shirts seem to be taking 4-6 weeks or longer.
It's important to me that the shirt arrive soon, or I'm going to have to change the address it needs to be sent to... I would really appreciate a response from an admin (who can find the email that I ordered the shirt with through my username, which is the same email that I sent a complaint with. The complaint email contains the address the shirt was supposed to be sent to.)

Just a note:
--- Quote from: QC Merch Page ---Here's the way shirt orderin' works around here: We place orders to the printer every couple of weeks, which means all shirts are sold on a pre-order basis. All orders should ship within 2-4 weeks, although times may vary.
--- End quote ---
I think it's also good to note that just because something SHIPS between 2 and 4 weeks, it will still take another week (or two, depending on where you are) to get to you. So, if they actually SEND on week two, it will still be week three or four before you get it. So, if they ship on week four, you won't get it until week five.
This is good to think about, yes?

I ordered mine in the middle of April, so far nothing. I have emailed, pm'd and posted on the boards to no avail. If it is a two man operation then maybe it's time to take on some more staff to cope with the orders. I don't mind the delays, it's the communication blackout that seems to be company policy that gets on my nerves.

I'm sorry, I had remembered it being 2-3 weeks with no "times may vary." Nevertheless, this is 5 weeks later now and having sent an email over a week ago, having already been billed May 9th (which usually indicates shipment), and having received no shipping confirmation or tracking data, I feel like I deserve some kind of response.
