I'll be honest, you're a hell of a lot more patient than I will ever be. Two years is a huge amount of time to wait - hell, I had difficulty reading through your whole post. But to come out of that with a smile on your face makes you a candidate for sainthood.

I think the moral of the story here is: Cut the QC crew some slack! They work hard and they do it for you. Aren't they great? I think they're great. Woo!

I'm glad that you're so patient. However, I think that it's reasonable to be upset when a certain time line for shipment is set and isn't actually met. I'm not freaking out or anything, but if it will take longer I need to speak with someone who can change the address it will be sent to. It is the company's problems that led to this delay, so I would appreciate some communication.
