a) if you are vaguely interested then why not? It takes ten seconds. If you can't spare ten seconds you shouldn't be on an internet forum.
b) if you are not interested at all then why bother criticizing at all at all?

What I am saying is there is no need to give jill a hard time for not being able to predict what you know or do not know about popular blogs.

I was stating that if someone makes a post, they should at least clarify their statements.  Expecting others to do the work for them is sloppy.

If you had read my post you would have understood my point of view.  I believed he was speaking in jest.

I suggest that you shouldn't get so worked up, or perhaps you shouldn't be on an internet forum at all.  See how condescending that sounds?

Seriously man, don't make things like this personal, it will only make things worse.  I was going to flame how pissed off I was that you would even suggest acting so smug as to suggest that you belong on the internetz because your so LE3t, but come on, give me a break.

jill the ripper:
Oh my gosh, upon rereading my post, it sounds like i'm autistic.
Or high.
Or both.

Wow.
Yeah, apologize. i'm off to edit that into complete sentences now.
(But seriously. having some major lols at the moment. that post is seriously awful.)

edit:
Yay! I sound intelligent again!
Anyways is officially my hero, by the way.

Seriously, when I think of Cory Doctorow, I think of that exact comic. :D

Surgoshan:
And now a more careful reading of Doctorow's wiki shows that he wrote Down and Out in the Magic Kingdom, which was a damn good book (though I've not read it in... shit, five years?  Isn't it available free online?).  Maybe I will seek out this book.
