I watched all the way through and found no good reason to have done so. Maybe it is more funny if you are afraid of transexuals?

I thought it odd that he was using a microphone while using a pre-recorded vocal track, wondering why he'd bother having a useless prop that just gets in the way and serves no purpose.
Then I remember he was a transexual drag queen.
