Melbourne public transport nightmare # 53: you are walking towards Bourke Street. It's late at night and you have to catch the tram home. You turn the corner and see a tram, and run to catch it because you know that if you miss your tram you'll have to wait half an hour for the next one. Breathless, you get to the tram stop just in time and leap onto the tram. You look around the tram, and something seems wrong: the people don't look quite right, the tram looks a bit run down, but you're too relieved to have caught the tram to care. You settle into your seat and shut your eyes, looking forward to being home.
Ten minutes later you feel the tram take an unexpected corner, and then minutes later another. Confused, you open your eyes. That's when everything suddenly starts to make sense: with mounting horror, you realise that you've got onto the 86 tram instead of the 96. The tram to hell. The tram to Collingwood.
You are never seen again.

Well, I know how old Gene is, so I can reasonably assume that the girls he is hanging out with are around his age. That age being under the mark for legal. But they are all attractive, which prompts the statement.

Here is a thing. Every time you want to say "that girl is not legal" you should mentally append "to fuck" on to the end of what you are writing and see if it sounds creepy or not.

Also, if they are at least 16, its still legal, just frowned upon. At least, that's how it is here.
