Avocado

I don't know why, but I am not a fan of guacamole. Maybe looking at it for the past year while making sandwiches has turned me off.

I am a recent convert to guacamole and avocados in general. I'm not sure what triggered it, but all of a sudden I was like 'Hey, this green stuff is good on mexican food! And this fruit-vegetable thing, it is good on sandwiches!'.
It was a watershed moment, I tell you.

I once had a Chipotle burrito with guacamole. It felt like I was eating mush. To say the least, I did not enjoy it.
