I am 20. Though a lot of people think I am either a lot older, or a lot younger. Its weird.

Age doesn't mean a whole lot unless you make it that way. I have friends of all age ranges.

This thread makes me feel depressingly old. I was born before the World Wide Web was invented, but after the internet. I remember having a TV that was only capable of accessing 13 channels, because that's all there was. There were no channel up/down buttons... just a row of buttons labeled 1-13, sort of like on an 8-track. And faux-wood paneling on the sides.

Guh.

I had one of those dials that would always fall off, so you'd have to use a pair of plyers to turn it. And then you had to position the rabbit ears just so.

I'm only 24. That's not so old, I didn't think

No, we're pretty close. It's just the kids that were born, like... after the Soviet Union broke up. The ones that honestly don't remember life without the web, or TV without The Simpsons. They make me feel like I should be collecting Social Security already.

I had one of those. it had like three dials on it, and maybe buttons for volume. Two were the picture and one was for channels. An you need an RF to hook things up to it.

Yeah, maps in my high school still had the USSR on them. That probably says more about the state of public schools in Australia than it does about my age, though.

I don't know what is worse;
An individual with 31 posts believes he is the youngest on a forum of 18 000+ and decides to make a thread about it,
Or that people with enough posts to recognise a potential list thread still post their age.

Guys, I haven't even been born yet.

I will be born in 2012 in Salem, Massachusetts to a rather wealthy family. This will be a fortuitous occurrence as they will have used their considerable money to have ensured my genetics to be nothing less than perfect. I will have started reading before I was even a year old and move onto college textbook by the age of 9. By 16, I will have two PhDs (Physics and Mathematics) and have proved the Riemann hypothesis, guaranteeing my work in academia to be constant and fruitful for the rest of my life. When I will be 22, my work in combining the internet into a physical presence will stumble upon a previously unknown phenomenon, that energy is constant and has "memory" so to speak such that everything that has ever been transmitted through electricity or light still exists in some form and could be easily retrieved and made physical again. Through this phenomenon, I will truly observe the internet and use it to create a machine capable of traversing through the entire history of the "memory" of the energy, which I will then use to converse with the people of this forum for the past 4 years, establishing myself as a regular fixture, just so my words have weight when I say
