Man, if I saw a guy with a shirt like that, I'd write the number down and call him just on the off chance he's a homophobe and would get really freaked out.

I don't think that would weird him out at all. We have an ongoing contest who can weird out the other person more - originally he just weirded me out a lot and I tried to weird him out in return - , and while me tolerance for all things strange has gotten a lot higher, he still manages to weird me out way more often than the other way around. However, if I ever need somebody to give Tommy (not this forum's tommy) a weird, unexpected international phone call, I'll ask you for your help! :) I also think he is just going through a difficult phase, and I have to be there for him.

Also, I found the font I had in mind all along! It's from the "Jme" catalogue that came with the first issue of Jamie Oliver's cooking magazine or whatever it was called. It makes me think of the circus. Does anyone know where to find a font like that? I couldn't find it online, and I didn't find it in my design books. Anyone who can supply me with that font or one that is similar will get a free stencil according to his / her request!

There are a few vaguely similar ones on dafont, but nothing particularly close. Your best bet would be to find a large blocky western style font (kind of like this) for your base, and then add in the details with Illustrator or something similar.

It's all a matter of careful tucking, constant adjusting, and the ability to retract your genitals into your chest cavity at will.

That's what I thought. And they say tighty whities are possible causes of sterilization.

About fonts, you may be able to find something very close to it on dafont, but you may have to find a site that sells it. If it was for a particular book, you may not be able to get it at all unless you pay for it.

My legs look better in tight pants.

I have noticed of late, that my abs look much better if I'm wearing loose pants though.

Abs are out, man. It's all about showin' off them creamy thighs.

That was shown to be bullhuckey unless they're also made of really unbreathable fabric as well and you wear them all the time.

Onto a new topic. I bought a shirt yesterday. It very much falls into the category of 'boyfriend shirt'. In fact I am just really into the baggy shirt look lately. For those who are not familiar with the term, a boyfriend shirt is when a girl wears a guy's shirt - after sex or any other time. In fashion, it is shirts made basically to look like this.

What do we think about girls wearing boyfriend shirts? Because I have to say it is a look that suits me.

Is it worn with nothing else in the "any other time" category as well?

Boyfriend shirts can work well, provided you balance them out.

I needed a pair of warm sensible boots for winter (but not snowboots) so that my ankles stop getting all freezing when I have to dig my car out of drifts or whatever. I got these because they're flat enough and stretchy enough to fit my fatty fat calves in them. I have plans to wear them often with just jeans and whatever to work (in a call center, it is casual) and also with opaque black tights and skirts. Yay

This is what I wore to work yesterday! (Sorry about my bed poking into the picture.)

I don't usually wear dresses, but I got the sweater for Christmas and it was unseasonably warm yesterday, so I thought I'd break out the dress instead of wearing pants like I almost always do.

Okay, so I got a whole bunch of new clothes for Christmas from my Mum. She does pretty damn good when it comes to picking out things I will like and that fit. Everything she got fits perfectly, but advice on what to wear these tops with? The blue polka dot one and the grey and stripey one I can definitely wear to work (with my standard black pants). The other ones, I dunno. The stripey one goes perfect with the shorts in the picture, but hmm. Can I get away with wearing the same shorts with all of them (except the grey worky one, I'd probably only wear it to work), do I need to wear different shorts? Skirt? Keep in mind it is Summer here and it's been like 35C.

Oh, and the blue polka dot one is also missing a button, so when I fix that it will be less ZOMG CLEAVAGE EVERYWHERE.

Hey guys how do boys wear a scarf? I don't like wrapping it around my neck a bunch because it feels restricting and folding it in 2 then pulling the two ends throuh the loop looks a bit feminin but is super comfy...

Please to tell how boys wear scarves tyvm.

For the scarf I have that's similar to yours I do the first photo method. For my scrim net scarf I just wrap it around once or twice, I think how you've done it in photo 2. I prefer photo one for that scarf.

Jamie, I think you could wear the stripey one with just about anything that's casual, shorts or skirt. Especially denim. The second one, I don't know how it'd go with a skirt, but you could wear shorts/capris/pants with it. All of them are really cute!

Re scarf: Wear it whatever way is comfy. It's perfectly fine for guys to fold scarves in half and put it through the loop and is not feminine unless you are wearing a feminine scarf. (You know the more gauzy or shiny ones.) It typically looks best if people do that, unless the scarf is really bulky or too short to be worn that way. I only wrap mine when it's really cold and I don't want my face to freeze.

Thankyou for the help  :-) and the scarf is about 6 feet long, is a nice scarf I just didn't really know how to wear it since last one I had was a football scarf when I was like 9 or something.

Scarf is a funny word when you read it 3 times in a scentence.

Scarf scarf scarf.

Oh Christmas fashions:)
My family has caught on to the fact that I wear cardigans pretty much always.

I'm iffy on the white one and whether it will ever stay clean, but it's made of bamboo and STUPID soft, so I'll wear it anyway.

Unfortunately my mom also seems to think I'm a club slut. The fit is flattering, but the style? Ehhh

I like the creepy dude in the background of this photo. Is this your boyfriend? He is awesome at photos.

*brain melts*

For the record, Asian people love to put English words on their clothing without any idea what it means. Not that it makes it any smarter when westerners do it with Japanese, just want to head off the sort of cultural imperialism that tends to go with that observation.

ADDITION: Incidentally manda, I think that cardigan is a bit too tight. The whole buttons-straining-to-hold aspect is kinda comical. It's just, well, comical or not it'll still induce drooling.

Sorry, but no. If you want to wear a tie with a collared shirt, then buy a button down. Polo collars just don't look right with ties, because they don't have a crisp enough edge.

Meh. I'll look for something else.

I was randomly thinking of getting a tuxedo vest thing to wear over a white shirt and tie. I would just randomly wear this to school or whatever. Nothing special.
Yes? No? Maybe?

Drop the tuxedo part of the vest, it would look silly if you weren't dressed up, but a vest could work. You'd need a good belt to go with it, however, as you'd be tucking in your shirt.

[EDIT - Or get a sweater vest. It would look less silly in a school environment, and it means you don't have to tuck it]

You could wear that tie with your polo and a waistcoat then put a cummerbund on your face and just go for the trifecta of doing it wrong but really really classy.

If you do the whole "I wear stuff that looks a certain way" in highschool you will get picked on, some kids are just mean. I got away with wearing black golf slacks and a hoodie only because I didn't give a shit about what people think and everyone knew it. (And I could take most of them in a fight if they picked on me with more than just words)

We were not allowed to wear jeans and the school had a black and white dresscode.

Are you saying we're too old to understand what's hip and with it these days?  My worst fashion faux pas was in middle school (tie dye overalls hoo boy) but I'd at least like to think that my taste in clothing has changed considerably for the better since my graduation.
