Hanners in a relationship? That's a tough one. I posed a Hanners/Marten coupling a while back and in all honesty, all signs point to "Not Likely".
Agreed that Hanners seems to be a little less obsessive than before (I mean, she braved Marigold's mess, albeit in a (probably military or higher grade, courtesy Dear Daddy) bio suit), but I don't see her as freaked by things as usual, and it's become at least somewhat apparent that she's managing to get more sleep than before (Note the lack of bags under her eyes).
But, to come out? I am not sure which would freak her our more... Semen or Vaginal juices coupled with what she obviously knows of the femal menstrual cycle? That's a tough debate to be sure.
If Hanners were to get into a relationship, it's going to be purely platonic at best with as minimal physical contact as possible and Amir... He's not going to fit that bill. ~LOL~
QC is almost akin to Tenchi Muyo to me. With Tenchi played by Marten, of course. I mean, he's managed to gravitate a lot of women around him that probably wouldn't normally socialize, but there they are because of one guy caught in the middle of it. The rest of the casting is pictured in my head pretty well, but you all can do your own mental casting here.
Bottom line: Hanners is probably perfectly happy with just having friends that accept her for who she is and is enjoying the social scene as it is, because it does make her comfortable and keeps her mind off of the obsessions that still undoubtedly hound her inner mind (but, to a much lesser extent). So, no relationship for her, at least for now.
