Favorite childhood songs
celticgeek:
The first music I remember hearing and loving, other than the "children's songs" was La Mer by Debussy. I remember loving it and wanting my mother to play it over and over. I must have been about eight or nine years old.
LittleKey:
When I was five, my favorite song was Another One Bites the Dust. Everyone loves Queen, woohoo!
pwhodges:
I had a 78 of Peter Pears and Benjamin Britten performing The Foggy, Foggy Dew.
Andrew Fleming:
I used to love listening to Queen, Creed, Early Beatles, and a bunch of gay christian rock.
rynne:
Toto - "Africa"
The Beatles - "Lovely Rita"
I remember when my brother was about 4 or 5, he made my mom play Genesis' "Invisible Touch" 10+ times in a row.
