Favorite movie...based on the soundtrack

Robert Paulson:
Juno or Eternal Sunshine
maybe even Pulp Fiction

I was wondering if anybody had the soundtrack to choke?

eddie:
I've lost all faith in this forum already. How has no one said Star Wars? The siginature darth vader/dark side tune is amazing.

KickThatBathProf:
Yeah we don't usually like to suck the dick of John Williams that much 'round these parts.  He's certainly not that shithead Danny Elfman by any means, but there's a lot better options out there.

Cyanide09:
There Will Be Blood has an awesome soundtrack. I mean GODDAMNED AWESOME, but then that was a given since Jonny Greenwood (Radiohead) composed it

Blade Runner has a good one too, atmospheric

and my third choice is Into the Wild, Eddie Vedder + Kaki King is a great combination

Carabas:
A Scanner Darkly. The music is extremely well done for background music, fits well with the scenes, and just adds to the feel of the movie. It's not the sort of stuff I'd listen to very much without the film rolling, but it's still pretty good. The Sting is up there as well, partly because ragtime is kickass, partly because of how anachronistic it is while still keeping with the feel of the movie.
