My favorite flavors of Ice Cream:

Mint Chocolate Chip
Cookie Dough
Stephen Colbert's Americone Dream
Soft-Serve Chocolate/Vanilla Twist
Peanut Butter Cup

I think there's something else, but those are pretty good ice cream flavors.

Well, I just have to respond to a great list thread like this.

Some of my favorites (not all are bands, includes some singers):

Aengus Og
Aideen O'Brien (singer, rather than band)
Alex Beaton (also singer, rather than band)
Archie Fisher (also singer, rather than band)
Clannad
Draiocht
Dulahan
Eachdraidh
Eccentric
Emerald Rose
Enter The Haggis
Gaelic Storm
Golden Bough
Heather Alexander
June Tabor (also singer, rather than band)
Karan Casey (also singer, rather than band)
Maddy Prior (also singer, rather than band)
Mary Black (also singer, rather than band)
Pagan Jug Band
Planxty
Shilelagh Law
Silly Wizard
Steel Eye Span
The Poxy Boggards
The Skels

I need to look over my collection some more, maybe, but this is a start.

Your list is pretty good, though.

Enter the Haggis! I knew I was forgetting one! Thank you! And Kelllianna along with Inkubus aren't exactly celtic, they are more pagan.

And I ought to throw in Coventry, although they are not strictly Celtic, either.

Well, yes.  They are described as electro-Celtic-folk-rock, which doesn't really do them justice.  Also described as neo-post-Celtic folk-rock.

One of the reasons that I bought the album was a cover of 1962 Vincent Black Lightning, as well as Ye Jacobites By Name and The Digger's Song (World Turned Upside Down).

Better description and you can listen to some of their stuff:

I only listen to Cruachan when it pops up on my celtic radio station (yes, I have one. Thank you Shoutcast) other than that if I want a little more heavy celtic, I'll listen to Old Blind Dogs and Celtic Storm. And if I want more modern: Enter the Haggis.

I saw Gaelic Storm live (they played at an art gallery/bar I was working at a few years ago).

They were really not very good.

In Gowan Ring is a pretty great celtic band, though.

I will say this: their earlier music is good, but their drummer was absolute shit and the producer for their first couple of albums should have been shot. Iain Bayne is infinitely more capable and I am glad he replaced Bollocks McShitterton or whatever his name was.

I think I would easily listen to a band if they had a member called "Bollocks McShitterton".

Grada is pretty good.  I think their flute player dude is the one who played the Shire music in LotR.

Also, they're not straight up Celtic, but Clann Zu is an excellent band with plenty of Celtic influence.  Their CD Rua has some pretty intense stuff on it.

Also, Chris Wood and Kate Rusby and Heidi Talbot for the Irish folk singers.
