The reason I'm learning to cook this year is so that when I go to university in October I can be sure of what's in my food (being vegetarian and a little paranoid, I don't trust cafes or canteens not to mix utensils and be a little lackadaisical about whey and rennet) but I keep eating things as I cook them. It won't be as much of a problem from next week because hockey training starts again and when it gets a little lighter I can start running again, so I guess that's the second resolution solved: do more exercise.

1. Maintain my pulse
2. Write a collection of short stories
3. READ MOAR (I screwed this up so much last year)
4. Pass my GCSEs
5. Be more considerate
6. Go to more gigs
7. Smile more 
8. Manage to remember at least one of these by the end of the year

I have a feeling number 8 will be the hardest.

I don't normally do resolutions but here are some things I would like to happen this year:

1. Officially get into the graphic design degree at my uni.
2. My boyfriend gets officially accepted into the same graphic design degree.
3. We both manage to study full time and work without killing each other.
4. Play more WoW and not let it take over my life.
5. Get better - figure out what I can and can't eat, figure out what exactly makes me sick.
6. Stay alive.

Man, I only started playing a few months ago! It is something that my boyfriend and I do together. We are not the going out and clubbing/partying type and we are both full time students and work. So it's the one thing that we can do together, especially if he goes back home to spend time there (which is 1.5hours away).

It's fun and I like that it gives us something to do together. We are one of those cute geeky 'we game together' couples.
