They don't have an exclusive relationship. They don't even have a relationship, period--at Faye's insistence, not his. Sven can flirt with anyone he wants.
Faye would be the asshole for getting all possessive when she's the one insisting on it being what it is. She can't have her cake and eat it too.

She doesnt have a real relationship because she's unable to have one, not because she doesnt want one.
