So what? Why should Sven have to have his life dictated by HER neuroses? That's like someone who has a cat allergy demanding that none of her friends ever adopt cats.
Whatever the reason, the situation is: They are friends with benefits. They do not have a relationship. At Faye's insistence.
Sven can do what he likes.
And also, whatever her feelings PRIVATELY, she has said several times that she wouldn't want a committed relationship with Sven anyway, and that their little arrangement works because Sven is just someone she likes to have sex with, but wouldn't want to date.
So. Again, it's not Sven's fault that she says one thing and means another.

The Medea comment definitely one-ups Penelope's, so I was thinking - maybe Faye was subconsciously trying to impress Sven. Like her brain was thinking "Sven likes girls who can reference classical literature? I shall do it better!".

I'm going to hope Sven only wants to wind Faye up and not just make her feel like crap here - yeah they don't have a relationship, but discretion still exists. Flirting with someone else in front of her isn't a coincidence at all.
