I love my name:
GAVIN
Medieval form of GAWAIN. Though it died out in England, it was reintroduced from Scotland in the 20th century.
Possibly from the Welsh name Gwalchgwyn which meant "white hawk". Sir Gawain was one of the knights of the Round Table in Arthurian legends. The 14th-century romantic poem 'Sir Gawain and the Green Knight' tells how Gawain beheaded the Green Knight in single combat.

I'm starting to fear the day when someone enters "who are you" into it's search. All hell will break loose.
Oh, yes, my name is (as I said) a short form of Sebastian, which means "from Sebaste" in Latin, and Sebaste was a town in Asia Minor. The name derives from the Greek sebastos, meaning venerable. The name is shared with a saint, a crusader, and the band Belle and Sebastian.
I'm cool with that.
