The Government gives you $950. What do you do?

Actually a lot of production in the oil fields is stopping because the low cost of crude makes it too expensive to extract the oil from the sand. Newfies are still rollin' though.
Oh right, if I got $950 it would probably be spent on tuition and food. Or tuition and booze. Likely the latter.

If i am eligible i will spend half on getting a a couple of shiny new lenses, probably that new 35mm prime that Nikon just released, and a cheap telephoto lens. The other will go towards traveling.

Except that the senate blocked it. No more stimulus package. But they are trying for another one, right?

Given all the economic and business advisor-type people that have come out in support of the package, I can't help but feel the Opposition is voting against it to just be contrary. Fuckers. I don't know why, either - voting against a cash handout will make them massively unpopular.

The bank bailouts should of never happened, period. There shoudln't be any stimulus checks either. It's only postponing the enivetiable.
But hey, i'm up for free cash whenever so. :evil:
